FOQ LTDA is responsible for Family Office Quarters and its publication decisions. Coverage uses public-source research, with the same factual standards applied to every provider. AI tools support research, claim checks and drafting. Provider information is assessed as evidence; providers do not approve the site's content.

Provider coverage and conflicts

The same standards apply to every provider named in a guide or the directory. A claim needs evidence appropriate to its subject: a legal entity, fee, service, minimum or reported asset figure. An inclusion should help explain the subject rather than supply a predetermined winner.

The current directory is alphabetical and has no numerical scores. Its selected scope does not establish that the providers listed are the only available options, or that an entry is suitable for a particular family.

As of October 19, 2026, there are no active paid listings, referral or lead-fee arrangements, affiliate commissions, sponsorships or advertising. The commercial disclosure gives the current position.

Evidence and language standards

Material facts should be supported close to the statement, using the document that establishes the fact where available. A provider's own page can establish its stated offering. It cannot establish service quality or make a marketing description an independent finding.

Comparisons preserve the distinctions that can change a decision:

  • Net worth, investable assets and different reported asset measures.
  • A company's sale value and an individual shareholder's proceeds.
  • A provider's fee and the family's total expenses.
  • A contractual minimum and a provider's description of a suitable client.
  • Direct delivery, affiliate service, coordination and referral.
  • Investment advice, investment discretion, custody and administration.
  • Reported facts, estimates, illustrations and editorial conclusions.

Missing information is identified as missing. It should not become a claim that a service is unavailable. An unresolved claim is labeled or omitted, with its limit made clear where it matters to the decision. The methodology describes source selection, dates and entity scope.

The writing aims for precise, economical US English. Specialist terms are explained where useful. Promotional claims, unsupported superlatives and invented quotations or cases do not belong in the copy.

Dates and corrections

Research dates identify when sources were checked. Document dates and reporting periods remain separate, because an older filing or survey can describe a different period from the day it was retrieved.

Readers can report factual errors, incomplete context or source problems to corrections@familyofficequarters.com. Include the page URL, the statement at issue and evidence for a correction. The publisher is responsible for assessing the evidence and deciding changes.

Provider responses

Providers can use the same correction channel as readers. A useful response identifies the precise statement, supplies the relevant document and explains the entity, service and period it covers.

A provider's response can support a correction or clarification. It does not confer approval rights over coverage. The publisher decides what to publish and applies the same evidence standard to other providers' responses.

Reviews and testimonials

The current directory supplies public-source descriptions and comparisons. It does not present customer star ratings, scored reviews or testimonials as evidence of service quality. There is no claim of firsthand use or testing of a provider's services.

AI and tool use

For the guides and directory, GPT-6 Luna is used to research primary web sources and record evidence and limitations. GPT-6.1 Sol is used to draft the copy. AI agents perform source checks within that desk-research process.

Source records and visible citations allow the claims to be examined. A tool's output alone is not evidence for a provider fact. Any byline or reviewer credit must identify a real person who performed the stated role.
